PHOTO SCANNING
Where are your photos right now? Are they fading away in your loft, getting damp or stuffed in the back of a cupboard gathering dust? Let Memories 4Eva save your precious memories from being lost, forgotten or damaged with our professional photo scanning service.
Simply send us your loose photographs, or photo albums we will then scan (600pi as standard), rotate and crop them and send them back to you in digital format. We also return your original photos along with your newly digitised photos.
Your photos can be arranged for collection too.
All photos are scanned to a standard JPEG format (other formats are available on request), cropped as necessary and rotated to ensure that they are of the highest quality and ready to view.

PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE
Tell us how many photos you need scanned go to our online store and then use our simple order system to place your order.
We accept all major credit/debit cards.
You will not pay for your photos till your 100% happy with the service first, photos are emailed to you with a watermark and sent without the watermark after payment

SEND US YOUR PHOTOS
Carefully package your Photos (read packaging tips on our Help page) and send your parcel via a recorded delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery/Signed For or use a trusted courier company such as UPS or Parcelforce. We will confirm receipt of your package. Please understand until we receive your photos we will not accept responsibility for them.

WE SCAN THEM
Your photos will be scanned, cropped, rotated and saved to digital format (600dpi as standard). You will be emailed with confirmation of the total number of photos scanned and if any problems came up.

RETURN YOUR ORIGINALS & DIGITAL IMAGES
Within a couple of working days your original photographs will be posted back to you, along with a DVD disc, USB flash drive or SD memory card containing your newly digitised photos.
Ordering Times

We generally scan orders and send you a download link within 5 working days of receiving your photos (excludes weekends & bank holidays). This can sometimes vary, particularly around holidays such as Christmas. Please check our turnaround time estimate at the bottom of the page.
Your originals and DVD/USB/SD(s) are normally dispatched within 2 working days after scanning has been completed (excludes weekends & bank holidays).
If you would like your photos scanned in time for a special occasion, we advise you to place your order as early as possible. In the event that you need some photos scanning at short notice, we offer an express service please message us for more information.

SLIDE SCANNING
We offer various slide scanning services from which you can revive your old slides. Do you remember the last time you saw your 35mm slides on your projector? Do you have a projector at your home? We have a slide scanning service which will enable you to view your slides on the latest gadgets such as phones, televisions, photo frames and tablets. Your slides would converted to JPEG files which can then be used on any MAC or PC.
We scan each and every file individually and we also make sure that all the slides have proper colours, and are also equipped with the ICE technology which promotes dust and scratches removal.
For the slides, we have two kinds of resolutions, 4800dpi and HD 10000 Dpi
We offer special discounts to our customers if they place large orders so you can call us any time and ask our rates by telling us the number of slides you want to be scanned.

We sometimes must make artistic judgments on restoring elements of a photograph which are no longer evident.

Unlike other companies, we don’t do photo restorations for a flat fee. Because every restoration job is unique, each photo restoration cost must be individually quoted. When you send us your photo or upload your scan, we will evaluate it and quote the cost of your restoration based on the extent of the damage.

Send Us Your Photos
We offer two options to send photos:
- Scan photo and use the contact form at bottom of page (please scan at at least 600dpi for quality purposes)
- Send photo to the address on the bottom of the page (please ensure it is sent via tracked postage) as we don't accept responsibility until we receive photo.

What We Do
Our photo restoration process takes a comprehensive approach that provides clients with the combined best efforts of many very talented restorers. It goes beyond the technological limits of a piece of software. Quality photo restoration involves experience, care, judgment, research and the desire to give our clients a beautiful photo that had always meant so much but was thought beyond repair.
Several restorers work on each of our projects. As is often the case, different artists have different strengths. For example, some of our restorers have a special talent with skin color or texture, others with removing paper texture, and others with matching grain and combining photos.
Each photo is assigned to two or three restorers depending on the type of damage. The Lead Artist then assesses the work, take the best of each artist’s efforts, combine them, and pull it all together into a final product.
