Loose photos are simply unframed photographs, whether they’re bundled together or in separate stacks. Photos stored in wallets are considered mounted prints and require our Album/Mounted Print Scanning service.

Absolutely not! We understand the hassle of counting thousands of photos. That’s why we adjust your invoice based on the exact number of photos we scan. As a helpful guide, a standard shoebox typically holds around 1,000 photos, so you can easily estimate the total number you have.

• Organize Your Photos: Before sending them in, please ensure all photos within a group face the same direction. This saves us time and ensures your scans are delivered in the correct order.
• Remove Attachments: Please remove any staples, paper clips, adhesive pads, or debris from your photos. This includes album backing paper, glue residue, or any other object that could damage our scanners.
• Grouping for Easy Delivery: Divide your photos into manageable groups. We’ll assign each group a unique identifier for clear organization.
